    US Open Scores

US Open scores will be available for the next two days, but there is no official cut line, but players tied for 60th or better will go on to the weekend. The cut line will be a bit over par; last year’s was +5, and the average cut line is +5.4. Read on for details and to keep up with the latest news and scores. There is a rumor that Jack Nicklaus will miss the cut, but that is unlikely to be true.

    Fitzpatrick leads by two strokes

The U.S. Open has been one of the toughest tests on the Tour this season and Fitzpatrick is a perfect example of this. The last survivor in the Valspar Championship, Fitzpatrick shot six under par to win by one stroke over world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler. Zalatoris, meanwhile, has six top-10 finishes in eight majors this season, including one win.

Zalatoris has birdied the 18th hole and is within two strokes of the lead. The Americans are not far behind, and Fitzpatrick missed a short putt from 11 feet on his next hole. Similarly, Scheffler bogeys the 17th hole. The two-time defending champion is now two strokes ahead. But this is only the start.

Zalatoris missed a birdie putt on the 17th

There are many reasons why Zalatoris missed a birdiot on the US Open’s final hole, but the biggest reason might have something to do with his putting stroke and left wrist. He has been criticized for his poor putting stroke and left wrist, but he has been consistent in his other golfing endeavors. In the past, Zalatoris has finished in the top 10 in three major tournaments. However, he is still far from establishing himself as a major champion.

After missing a birdie putt on the seventeenth hole, Zalatoris finished runner-up at the US Open. His final round was brutal, as he stayed up until 4 or 5 a.m. and did not feel like himself until the following Wednesday or Thursday. Fortunately, he hasn’t had to dwell on that particular lapse in focus.

    Jack Nicklaus missed the cut

If you were looking to see Jack Nicklaus’ final U.S. Open performance, you’d be surprised to know that he missed the cut by a single shot. The four-time champion is one of golf’s greatest players, and his 71-72-72 score at Shinnecock Hills is his worst round ever. Nicklaus’ worst round at the U.S. Open came in 1970 at Hazeltine, when he scored an 81, which was 11 over par. The four-time champion has played at Pebble Beach Golf Links every year since he won the title in 1980, when he was paired with Tiger Woods in the final PGA Championship.

The 69-year-old had a great tournament career. In addition to the US Open, Jack Nicklaus won the Ryder Cup in 1994 and was named the first captain in 1997. However, in the final edition of the US Open, Nicklaus missed the cut for the first time in his career. That didn’t mean that he had given up on the US Open. In fact, he had a chance to win the tournament as recently as this year.

Matt Fitzpatrick wins the U.S. Open

The 27-year-old Englishman, a stat-freak, has won seven international events in just over two years. He has never looked back, even during the most difficult moments. Fitzpatrick was a stroke ahead of his playing partner, Will Zalatoris, and reigning Masters champion Scottie Scheffler on Thursday morning. He stood 161 yards in front of the 18th green with a 9-iron in hand.

After winning the US Amateur, Fitzpatrick had a chance to match Nicklaus. By winning the U.S. Open, he would become the first player from outside the United States to win both the US Amateur and U.S. Open. He also finished tied for fifth at the PGA Championship last month. It’s a huge accomplishment for Fitzpatrick and the PGA Tour.
